Two additional bedrooms feature fun Mickey and superhero themes, each with two twin beds and sharing a full bathroom. The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks, with comfortable seating and a large HD TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes family meals easy, and two dining areas provide plenty of space for everyone to gather. Outside, enjoy your private screened pool with an attached jetted section — perfect for swimming, cooling off, or simply relaxing in the Florida sunshine. Optional pool heating and gas BBQ use are available for an additional fee.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. 🚭 **House Rules** No smoking indoors, no parties or events, and no pets. 🕒 **Early Check-In / Late Check-Out** Need a little extra time? Let us know in advance. When our schedule allows, we’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out **at no additional charge**. 🏊 **Optional Pool Heating** Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least **48 hours in advance**. When purchased, the pool is heated to approximately **85°F (29°C)**. The attached jetted section is part of the pool and uses the **same water and temperature**. It is not a hot tub or spa. Outdoor temperatures may affect heating performance.
